Return & Refund Policy

1. Broken During Shipping — Free Replacement

If your bangles arrive broken or damaged during shipping, we will send a free replacement at no extra cost.

Important: You MUST record an unboxing video while opening the package for the first time. This video is mandatory proof for any breakage claim. No unboxing video = no replacement.

Send the video within 24 hours of delivery to [email protected] with your order number.

2. Wrong Item Received — Free Exchange

If you receive the wrong color, size, or product, we will send the correct item free of charge.

Customer must return the wrong item first. GlassHut will pay the return shipping cost (since it is our mistake).

The correct item will be shipped after we receive the returned product. Send your unboxing video within 48 hours as proof.

3. Changed Your Mind — Return in Same Condition

We accept returns if the bangles are in the exact same condition as delivered — unbroken, unworn, and in original packaging.

Customer must record an unboxing video when they first receive the order (to prove original condition).

Customer pays the return shipping cost.

Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned bangles.

Return request must be made within 4 days of delivery.

If the size doesn't fit, we also offer a one-time size exchange for ₹20 shipping only.

4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before we ship it (usually within 1-2 days of placing the order).

Email [email protected] with your order number and we will cancel it.

Full refund will be processed to your original UPI account within 3-5 business days.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return policy instead.

5. Refund Policy

Full refund if more than 50% of bangles in a set arrive broken (with unboxing video proof).

Refund processed to your original UPI account within 3–5 business days.

No claims after 4 days from delivery date.

We pack every order with bubble wrap and cardboard protection.

Check our Size Guide on the website. The most common size is 2.4. If unsure, measure the inner diameter of a bangle that fits you well.

Will the bangles break during shipping?

We pack every order with bubble wrap and cardboard for maximum protection. Breakage is very rare. If it happens, we provide a free replacement — just record an unboxing video as proof.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI payments — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or any UPI app. No extra charges.

How long does delivery take?

3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities: 3-4 days. Other areas: 5-7 days.
